looks pretty dry for an irrigation yesterday... strikes me as more of a lockout potential? wet-dry cycle is necessary. fully saturate substrate every single time you irrigate -- with or without fertilizers. Allow top 1" to dry before repeating (learn weight so you don't constantly tear up 1" finger-sized hole of roots each week). Some runoff is necessary to ensure total saturation. When fertilizing full strength late in the grow, try to get ~20% runoff.
