Thanks for the extra info, still think it is too many nutrients, but am open to other suggestions, perhaps combined with being too wet and maybe being too close to the light. At this early stage, nutrient requirements are pretty low for such a small plant; water too. Let her dry out a bit and reduce feeding to every 7-10 days or until growth recovers noticeably. Better to feed quarter strength at this age, say every 3rd to 4th watering, than a full strength mix once or twice a week. Think of it like a baby child, you wouldn't give a toddler a T-Bone steak, but mushed vegetables/milk every few hours. Hope this helps.... Organoman.
