Terp_Djiny This week I only fertilized once and watered twice with pH-adjusted water. The values from the rinse-out were in the range of EC 0.6 and pH 6.1, so I didn't want to fertilize much. The first picture is from Wednesday, the last three are from today. Today I cut out a few of the large fan leaves that were blocking light from the lower shoots. After that, I pulled apart and secured the shoots with the help of hemp ropes. This way, all the shoots should get enough light, and the plants can continue to develop. The flowering phase should start soon too...

Terp_Djiny This week, the pre-flowering has started. I will thin out a bit from the bottom by the end of next week among the mass of shoots. I have increased the Greenhousefeeding Grow fertilizer by another 0.1mg/l. Otherwise, they seem to have really gotten along well with the autopot system. The growth is remarkable.

I think one of the rootdiscs was very salty from the last grow. So that the plants have a little nutrientburn. The new growth is without any brown leaftips. The rinseout ph was about 6.3 and ec 0.6... can i do something more than rinse them with 10l pH-regulated water?

chlorosis with rusty tip buns ... looks more like a K-deficiency. 5.9pH shouldn't be an issue, but make sure it hasn't leaked lower. 6.3 is fine, though indicates potential of being higher if this is the runoff.. 400tds.. if on 500scale that is only .8ec. This is a very light feed. so, toxicity becomes less likely. i'd up it to 600-750 ppm ("500 scale" TDS equipment)... 120-140 N / 50 P / 200 K / 100+ CA / 80+ Mg / 100+ S -- the last three will vary a bit due to tap water too. you can see my basic ppm breakdown in any week of most of my diaries... i use a 720ppm at full strength. or 1.44 EC religiously get 10% runoff and toss it down drain or outside.. you should never have to flush a soilless grow if you are consistent at this. you will never have any buildup.. you won't have any pH issue unrelated to some odd microbial infestation etc etc... you may need slight adjustments at various stages of life cycle, but you should fertilize with every single irrigation.. this is the primary beneift of soilless grows... ondemand feeding and readily available nutes for fast growth and limited effort from plant. if not from north america, and possibly in NA too, --- https://www.perfectgrower.com/knowledge/knowledge-base/ec-to-ppm-conversion-chart/

Terp_Djiny Here's a little update before the weekend. The flowering phase has begun. The little ones aren't stretching as much as their tent mates. Despite the small mistake, the plant seems to have recovered well from its brief shock and is continuing to grow strong. The smaller side shoots have also caught up with the stretch now. I cut off a few smaller shoots from the lower part of the plant today. The rest is already eager to bloom.

Terp_Djiny This week I switched the nutrients to the Hybrids Powder feeding from Greenhouse. The little ones seem to have a big appetite after the little shock. I separated the two from the tank for now and I'm watering by hand again. This way, I also have a better overview for the rinseout.

Terp_Djiny The leaves are getting lighter all over, and I don't like that. But the values in the rinseout should be fine. That's why I'm not exactly sure where the mistake lies. Maybe the shock from the over-fertilization left more traces than I thought..

Terp_Djiny I think the little Cherry Cokes were just very hungry. The EC of 1.2-1.3 was definitely too low. After the shock, I actually wanted to gradually increase the nutrients. What ifs don’t change anything, unfortunately. I'm going to stick with them until the end; the two have really nice bud sites and are well covered in trichomes..

Terp_Djiny The week was pretty good, the little ones have gained quite a bit of mass and shown off their vibrant colors. The smell is now delightful, stunning, overwhelmingly good. I actually wanted to remove some leaves, but I thought I'd better leave them. They'll drop off on their own when they're done. Grow on!

Terp_Djiny I started this week by flushing 8L of clear water through the pots. After that, the substrate was flushed to 0.2 EC. The last nutrients should have been pulled from the leaves. Some leaves have already been dropped, and I cut out a few more today. I'm letting the two dry out now, and then it's harvest time.
