Tiny plant growing on soil?

Today I noticed a little plant growing on the soil and some greenish perlites. Can someone tell me what is it and if it is bad or not? Thanks so much!

Hi! That is just some random weed but not cannabis so just pluck it out. You don't want anymore plants taking the nutes of your plant. OFC plant that small wont bring muvh danger to your grow but still unwanted.

Trichome Colour Getting a few of tiny spots of mold/rot on one of these plants in particular... Thinking of harvesting now to stop it getting any worse and affecting the other 3 plants. Are these trichomes looking cloudy enough to be worth harvesting now? Don’t have any better magnification.

Vivosun 300W light question I use a vivosun 300W and Ive looked at other diaries and people perfer to do more of an 18-6 throughout the grow and ive kept mine 12-12 throughout my entire grow. So im curious why do an 18-6 light cycle with this light. Is it to maximize the light the plant receives.

Problem: two girls one tent, 40x40, an Auto and a Photo, both ~30 days old. Poor decisions and bad planning got me into this How would you proceed?Are there good options w/o killing one so the other could properly grow? Is it a good idea if I flip the light from 18 to 12 only when the Auto is done? Or my friend suggested to gradually reduce the light hours over the next two weeks to less stun the Auto? Maybe better ideas?ty

Hairs earlier than normal after topping, expected?I am getting white hairs all over the plant about a week and a half after topping. (5 1/2 weeks old). Ive grown this strain(northern lights auto) 6 other times and its never gotten the white hairs this soon. soonest was about (7weeks). Is it flowering early?

Is this ready??? autoflower Week 15 almost 16, it smells very strong and the leaves are dying trichomes are all milky cloudy, but no sign of amber trichomes, flowers are too heavy and stems can't support the weight It's been almost a month since it smelled very strong I did what I could for the pictures

RH for flowering What level of humidity should be maintained during flower. On previous grows, I kept it to 50 rh. But after seeing some growers use as high as 70rh, I upped this grow to 60rh. Thoughts?

Leave stem is dark purple!!Hi one of the 3 plant (same strain) leave stem is very purple looking. Is this due to deficiency? There was strong winds few days ago, can this be stress? Current ph is at 6.2 in soiless medium. Should I increase ph for mag to absorb easier? Please advise and thank you in advance
