Distance between light and plants, first weeks

What's the best distance for <2 weeks plants between them and the light?
I have a CFL 125w for the first two weeks
then I have a 250w Hps for the flo

i use a 250 w hps both for veg and flo, i start seedling with hps at 70cm let the plants grow the first weeks until the lamp is 40 30cm from plants top's then i start moving the lamp upward as the plants grow.
with your 125w cfl the first two weeks 40 50 cm seem a good distance to start with

Hey I try to have the distance around 40cm or 18inches or so. Donβt go more then 20inches though. Your distance would be getting to great for the plant and then she will just stretch too much and fall over.

Hey what happen if you don't flush?And if I flush days before harvesting, and then I just want to harvest partially, since I want the buds on the bottom to keep developing which I think she can do so cuz she's really going on very well.

Auto flower ready for flush and harvest signsHow long before I need to flush this autoflower and how long before she finishes. We are at the end of week 9. Packing states 10 weeks to harvest but they look further away. Any signs to indicate flush time? I am feeding biobizz nutes.

not straight leaves ?Iβm not sure if this is a problem but my she is 3 weeks old and her leaves arenβt seem to be very straight, curling on the sides. Iβve heard it could be something to do with the humidity being high. Is it a problem or do most plants do this :)
