So dim it 400 w then and I know I’ve got another cool tube coming to lower the temps not heat for another weak and thanks

If you can dim, maybe try dining to 75% power for a few days and see if they show signs of recovery

You will need to work on lowering your temps in general. At 29c you will be cooking off your terpenes in flower and not only will it impact your finished buds, terpenes at high temps stink 1000x stronger making it very difficult for a carbon filter to keep up. Flowering you want at most 23c ideally 18 to 20c

29c is a bit hot for being under lights. How high is the light source from your canopy?

How close is your light to the plants? If you put your forearm under your lights at your canopy for several seconds, if it's slightly warm your ok, if its burning your arm, too close. From the color of the light it looks like your using HID lighting. How many watts are you using? Do you have exhaust/ventilation? What's the average temperature in your room with lights on? Are you in a sealed hood or open wing? I know I gave you a lot of questions but I want to help you dial in your set up.

My temps are between 26 to 29 there both on 600w so shall I pull lights further up and pull it down to 400 w

Your ladies look like they are cooking.. Either from too much heat or too much light but either way they are baking brother.
