Well, it's NOT extra nitrogen because you're not giving any to her, so cross that off your list... and it's NOT from touching the soil so cross THAT off your list. I'm wondering why you're feeding her calmag at this point anyway - calmag is used during flower and only if the plant tells you it needs it - it does nothing for plants in veg. With the Pure Zym and Great White, you're "improving" your soil but not feeding the plants at all... which isn't a bad thing as autoflowers don't want/need any nutrients for at least the first couple weeks of their lives... but you might want to think about starting them on some NPK nutrients - start with 1/4-1/2 strength and increase from there if they tolerate it well...
As for the small white dots, my inclination would be to tell you to keep watch carefully to see if you spot any bugs running/flying around. Have some Dr. Zyme's Eliminator at hand in case you do so you can get on top of them quickly.
I think you're risking a lot with your plans to top/mainline .. those should be left for photoperiods, not autoflowers... but if you've done it successfully in the past, all I can say is good luck!
