sugar leafs yellowing, all the new growth on top close to the buds

Two weeks seems to be too long, I think they could be ready sooner, but it is hard to tell. Try uploading one decent clear and sharp picture with normal lighting, even using the flash would be better and try to get reasonably close. A picture is worth a thousand words as they say. A clear close up picture with normal lighting will make it a lot easier to give you a more precise answer.
