Not much to worry about here, but go easy on the nutes, especially when your plants are small/young. They won't consume much at this size, so feeding every second or third watering should be plenty enough fertilizers at this early stage. Your soil, if half decent quality, will have and also retain enough nutrients for this early stage in the plants life cycle. Once they are roughly 12-14 inches tall or so, you can step up the feeding again. Better to feed them a weaker solution often rather than heavy doses all at once too. If you really want to feed them every time you water, my advice would be to give them only quarter strength fertilizer, stepping up to half strength when flowering starts, and switching to "bloom" fertilizers once small tufts of baby flowers become evident.
