Yes, two things, 1) looks to me like nutrient burning, and 2) far too wet.
Wait until the top of the soil is dry before giving any more water - think moist, not wet.
Secondly, a baby seedling at this age/size only requires a tiny bit of nutrients and not really any extra feeding during the firs 7-10 at a minimum and seeing as how you are growing in soil, the soil should have more than enough nutrition in it already that your plant can use for 2-3 weeks, without any extra food. When you do start feeding your baby, go easy until she is growing branches, quarter strength will be plenty strong enough for her fist few feedings.
