This is quite normal during flowering. I congratulate you for leaving your plant as natural as possible and having all her leaves still. The lower, older leaves go yellow for two main reasons, 1) they are not receiving as much direct light as they once were, and 2) cannabis being the perfectly designed plant that it is, will "recycle" / re-use "stored" vital elements that are in those leaves for flower growth, such elements as sugars, carbohydrates, amino acids etc. It is far more efficient for the flowering cannabis plant to draw on this reserve of "stored" elements than it is to make them from new, especially when growing her flowers. To make new vital elements and grow flowers at the same time puts a strain on the plant as there is only so much energy produced. This is what people who "de-foliate" their plants fail to understand, by removing healthy green leaves, they are depriving their plants of the previously manufactured and stored elements each time they remove a healthy green leaf and the plants ability to produce energy. Personally I do not remove any leaves until they have gone completely yellow, for by this time the leaves have served their entire purpose in the life cycle of a cannabis plant.
Removing healthy green leaves robs the plant of its potential to make energy, removes vital nutrition the plant has stored in her leaves - resulting in strained growth and possibly leading to fewer and smaller flowers. This is a scientific fact, not a fanciful theory. So to sum up; leaves going yellow during flowering is normal and OK. Removing only yellow leaves and leaving healthy green leaves to produce energy is beneficial to your plants flower growth and overall health.
