Do new cannabis leaves sometimes have defects or missing pieces? Mine seem to have a few missing spots and I’m wondering if it’s bugs or something to keep an eye on?

This looks like wear & tear, not bugs. It can happen when they are small and you're handling them.

What are these bugs?Just discovered these little black bugs. I don't think they're flying. They're mostly on the soil. Some were on the stalk but they don't seem to be on the leaves and buds. I'm growing indoors in organic soil. Not sure if these are a problem or if they'll regulate themselves.

Nutrient question: i currently have some biobizz products which are fish-mix, top-max and bio-bloom, and i’m halfway through week3 Day 18 of veg and currently only feeding 1-1,5 ml/l fish mix. So my question is if i Can up my nutrient and use otter than fish mix? All adv is gold❤️Week 3

Possible Thrips?I am new to growing heading into week 4. I believe I might have a small Thrip issue. I noticed small white bugs yesterday and then when I just checked on the ladies I noticed a small shiny trail on a leaf. You can see it leaf damage on my journal for today Plant 1. Any advice?

Pest prevention and eliminationI’m having a gnat problem and was wondering if nematodes are safe for the plant They’re coming from other plants. is there an organic way to prevent and get rid of spider mites?!? best leaf insects repellentI have found a few bad insects on my plants past weeks. Does anyone have experience with neem oil? Is it worth a try or would I be better of buying something else?
White vinegar with dishsoap didn't help much.
The bugs are: grasshoppers, stinkbugs, spidermites & fungus gnats.
