I have started finding these little white bugs under the leaves. More lower to the ground.Not sure what they are. I have been spraying with neem oil but it seems like they just hide until it dries up and then come back. Are these harmful to my plant? Can I get rid of them?

I ended up ordering live ladybugs and they completely decimated the aphid population in about 48 hours . 10/10 would recommend.

Compra un anti plagas para pulgon ya y pulverizalo cuanto antes o tus plantas se verán rapidamente contagiadas . El de boom nutrients está completo . Controla la humedad bien y que les de viento con el ventilador .

Brown spots and holesHad snails and aphids earlier, but knocked them out. I'm these brown spots / holes in my girl. Pest infestation left my plant folded and weak. I treated it, but now blacked out leaves?Ants were farming an oval shaped bug's secretions that was eating my stem and going underground, leaving a trail of a film-like substance.
Treated it with neem oil, cigarette butt tea, garlic and dishwasher soap to fend them off. Black leaves now. Tips?

Minor damage to a few leaves found today - what is it?I am trying to determine the cause of damage to a few leaves that was observed this week. It may be two different problems. On a few leaves, I see brown spots which may have originally been white. On another 2 leaves, I see a burn hole through the leaves with brown edges.
