Springtails or fungus gnats?

I noticed in the runoff water this tiny white bugs. They jumping on the water. Not sure, but might be Springtails, but I found 3-4 fungus gnats on my sticky paper.

Thrips larvae.
You should spray black soap + neem oil on the top of the soil and hang low some yellow sticky pads.

Little White Bugs, might be aphids, 3 weeks into flower, how do I get rid of them or keep them under control at least until harvest?Hello,
I found little white bugs on some leaves of my plants and under the leaves, I don’t know what they are, they are the size of a pinhead and are solid white and can fly.

Neem oil in coco 6-7 weeks into flowerGrowmies!... Is Neem oil OK to use in coco when 6 - 7 weeks into flower? Pests are in the medium, not the foliage. MUD GNATSHi there everyone how do I get rid of mud gnats from an inside grow without using any spray? I've used yellow sticker trap's and put cinnamon powder around the top of the soil to stop them from getting in the soil and laying eggs to produce more but with no luckWeek 3

started off in a 1ltr pot, I want to transplant into a bigger container but the only ones I have are 5gallon/19liter smart pots. I'm only growing this auto flower for medical use and I'm happy to use the 5gallon pot. Anyone think this is a bad idea? Is it too big? Thanks!Week 1
