Springtails or fungus gnats?

I noticed in the runoff water this tiny white bugs. They jumping on the water. Not sure, but might be Springtails, but I found 3-4 fungus gnats on my sticky paper.

Thrips larvae. You should spray black soap + neem oil on the top of the soil and hang low some yellow sticky pads.

Is this Fungus Gnat Larvae?Found these little suckers in the DWC roots, sprayed some 1:4 peroxide/water solution all around, and tried to flush the roots too. Now I'm letting the roots soak in just water & hydro guard for now (ran out of peroxide). Thoughts
