Should I stop lst and let them just grow a bit before I flower?

Personally I would keep them in veg until they fill 70% of the are and then flip them, after the first 3 weeks of flower they should fill the whole space giving you the best chance at a good yield.
I would also defoliate before you flip to 12/12 to improve light penetration in the canopy. And if your feeling brave maybe one more time at 21 days flower.

Remember they will about double in size after flipping. After you flip you will still have a few weeks to train before all energy is focused into bud production. So the short answer would be yes you can flip them now. Happy growing.

Accidentally bent/squished the stem on Pheno #3, is it possible it can bounce back?I was LST'ing the Purple Haze Pheno #3, I accidentally got a bend in the stem and it could have snapped or partially torn, I attached some photos hope these help. It was by accident, I have nerve damage and arthritis so I can't keep my hands still that much especially standing.
