Those are the first few sets of leaves before the first fully developed leaves start coming in. I'm far from an expert, and would let other's chime in to be sure. The new growth looks on point and it seems happy. I wouldn't be too concerned unless the new growth starts looking iffy.

I'm watering once in a day only

Water less and slowly start adding nitrogent fertiliser (slowly small doses) . Put some gaia green or some powdery product like this since it very gentle and forgiving it need to break down. Then slowly had liquid nute as it grows. I suspect a little to much watering. Misting once a day is fine has long has you don't mist then soil along and let the soil dry a little more..
