If you have pods on stems, then yes, you do have a hermaphrodite, but just one, clear and up close of what you think the problem is, would making answering this question much easier. I can sort of see something, but I wouldn't bet my life on it. However, if what you are showing is indeed male flowers, once they appear in so many places, you will never get them all and risk seeding any other plants you have. Also, if they are everywhere, your plant will produce at best, average flowers, most likely poor flowers though. Sadly the only thing to do, and if it were my plant, is to chop it down and cut your loses, rather than hope it will be ok, for in my experience, these sort of plants are usually crap. Take a look at my diary "Holy Mackerel... WTF?" to see some pictures of "baby" male and female flowers. This should help you identify exactly what is going on with yours. Also, any seeds from hermaphroditic plants will usually have hermaphroditic offspring, making hermaphroditic plants poor choices as breeding stock. Hope this helps,.... Organoman.
