If this is from your Black Widow plant, I would be harvesting soon and definitely not another 2-3 weeks, by then most of the THC will have degraded into CBD and CBN, making for a very heavy and sleepy/lethargic stone, with very little actual "high", which you may prefer, but please be aware of the THC loss associated with flowers that are harvested very late.
If the "banana", which I am not entirely certain that it is what is in your picture, and if it is the only one found, I would not worry too much, at this late stage of maturity, by the time the "banana"/stamen is ripe enough to release pollen and even if it did release pollen, there are so very few "receptive" calyxes, that pollination is unlikely and even if it was successful, there would be no time for any seeds to form before harvest time. Male stamens/"bananas" usually only appear on plants that are close to death, in one last "push" to produce seeds and ensure the survival of the species, indicating your plant is well and truly mature enough for harvest.
If you are keen, have a look at my diary "cannabis conundrums" and in week 7, I have posted some pictures of "bananas"/stamens and lots of other pictures of weird things cannabis can do. This may make identifying any further/potential stamens that your plant may have, a bit easier.
All up, continue as normal until your desired harvest time, the 1 or 2 late stamens will make no difference to quality or have enough time to make any seeds.
Hope this helps,........ Organoman.
