Hi, a couple of other factors that could assist you for when to harvest (I personally use microscope) are :
1) When the fan leaves are starting to die. As the plant finishes the fan leaves are yellowing and eventually dying
2) When the 90% of the pistils has turned orange/red.
But for me these factors indicate when to start checking the thc with a microscope. Hope was helpfull.

You need a loop or a magnifying device. Look for 20-30% amber colored trichomes that is when you should harvest! Cheers and happy growing!

I’m not expert bud but my understanding is check the trichomes . Use a jewelers loupe or simile .
I’d say she isn’t near yet as she still has some white pistols . Couple of weeks bud ?.

Does too concentrated STS cause inviable pollen? Despite dabking seeing "seeds all over", There were none. someone didn't get the joke. This fem seed run failed. Lower concentrationn gave 1000s, instructed concentration gave 100s, this OD gave zero despite 100% conversion.

Will this tape repair a broken stem?Should I re-wrap this broken stem? Bent with too much pressure and there was a snap, though not completely severed. I applied two or three layers of duct tape, not sure if the constant pull of ties will allow it to heal and repair. When should I take the tape off?

How tall will they grow to be?How tall will these outdoor untrained, soil based photoperiod plants grow to be (best rough guess)?
I believe they're a sativa-dominant Sour strain (either Ultra Sour or S.A.G.E and Sour bag-seed).
Currently over 1 meter tall from soil at 60 days old in 7 Gallon pot.
