Showing sex/Pre-flower query

Hi,
I'm still a beginner so I'm having a little battle in my own head about this.
Am I right in thinking as long as these girls have shown sex on a 20/4 light schedule they will start to flower soon?
Also, Photos require 12/12 to show sex right?

Photo's show sex in veg, that's a sign of maturity, ideally you would want to wait for these to pop up before you flip them into flower.
Considering you are growing an auto you can flower under any schedule, 12/12, 24/0, its best to keep the same u got now but she will flower under any schedule. And yeah, since they showed them, they should be going into flower anytime soon.
Plants are looking good, stay lit growmie.

Topping/mainlining sucker question.Hi, i tried to make 5 colas each side, my question is when each of those colas start to have sucker (check pictures) should i trim it out just like people do with their tomato plants? isn't the sucker will grow into another colas???? sry first time growing MJ. thx in advance.

Pollination question! Help please!I have two tents side by side. Both have inline fans installed with filters. 6 female plants, 1 male, how likely is it for pollen to wind up in with my girls if I keep the male in a separate grow tent? I want to selectively pollinate branches so I still have good bud too.

No growth in the last 7 days or so. Other growers experience more growth with the same plant.My plant isn't growing any more. It's looking the same for the last week or so.
The soil is fermented and should be good for 3 months and I mixed that with perlite.
I water the plant every two days with 0.5 - 0.75 L of water, because I don't want to overwater her
