I think these have nitrogen toxicity, wondering what others think? Yellowing of some leaves, I noticed the clawing in some upper leaves. Buds don't seem to be growing much. Any thoughts?

It's hard to say when the pictures are under that light, try to take pictures under normal lighting for better diagnosis.
From what I can tell in these pictures there's actually a Nitrogen (N) abundance and some Phosphorous(P)/Potassium (K) deficiencies which may also be the cause of your buds' poor development (a picture showing where the leaves yellowing is the worst would really help!)

Flip to flower delayed because of extension cord led light. Just a delay or problems ahead?After 1,5 weeks of 12/12h, I started to worry why the plant was not showing any signs of flowering and I decided to get in to the tent to check for any light leaks. YES: Extension cord's led was shining in the darkness.

I recently bought some bud from a dispo. The strain is from Cookies and is called Willie’s Kush Cake and is 35% THC. I was lucky enough to find a seed in one of the nugs. If it turns out to be a male, can I cross it with a female auto flower and make a new auto flowering strain?Buds. Other
