Veg and bloom switch on 600w led

I have a 600w full spectrum LED grow light that has switches for both bloom and veg. Growing autoflowers, how do i know when to turn on the bloom switch? Also how far away should a 600w led be away from the pot at germination, veg, and flower?

LED distance in grow 80x80x160I placed the LED at a distance of 45-50cm from the seeds
and consequently it was about 65-70cm from the larger plant.
I have 4 plants
Is it ok like this?
I don't have a luxmeter and I use the phototone app to get an idea of the PPFD in each plant.

So looking at my next set up to be LED, few options out there so wanted to see what ppl can suggest, needs to have built in fans to help with heat from the light, can go up to 1000W but not necessarily needed, 5ft x 5ft grow tent

light schedule changeI wanna change light schedule for my babies.. for now they run from 07 to 24 hours and I want to run from 18 to 12 hours so I would have dark period during day.. should I just leave it to run for 30 hours and then introduce new "night" time?? Hitzeproblem war wieder da... naja jetzt musste ich die Lampe 40cm höher hängen einfach neue Stangen und das Zelt höher gemacht. Ich hoffe es ist nicht schlimm für die Damen. Aber es ging nicht anders die Temperatur am höchsten Punkt der Pflanze war stellenweise 33GradOther. Other
