- should I grow the plants always under this ceiling, or if it is beneficial to expose the plants to direct sunlight?
- If so, how old the plant has to be to expose it to the sunlight? I don't want to burn my seedling

After I see a 3 leafer and it's healthy I'll usually throw them out into direct sunlight for 6 hrs at first for a week or so. After that week they stay in as much possible direct sunlight as I can get them! Hope this helps! Happy growing! 👊

Need some advice for these seedlings - suspect it could be early cal-mag deficiency. Thoughts?These seedlings are growing with nicely but I have noticed some slight dis-coloration on the seedlings once the domes came during hardening, medium is moist and light PPFD is hovering around 220-250, avg day temps are 24c and night temps are 22c, using RO water.
