8 square meters? Is that actually the size of your grow? That is quite large and you will likely need multiple lights so get coverage over such a large area. I like the modern white LED grow lights. I use Horticultural Lighting Group lights but there are also less expensive options from Spider Farmer and Mars Hydro. When looking at lights go by the actual wattage consumed, not the artificial marketing number. I like the power to provide 350 watts per square meter. You may not use full power all the time but I would not buy lights that are undersized trying to save some money.

A lot of factors are needed to answer your question. What size is your grow area? If you want to use the same light for both veg and bloom I’d recommend something with a dimmer switch. That way you don’t blast your seedlings away but can offer plenty of light for flowering. A lot of ppl swear by marshydro and spider farmer I’m running enfuns- and I have a unit farm LED on the way
