Looks like you have nute burn on leaves if tips get dry brown and curl up its nute burn. This can be also caused by ph in soil out of range. It's best to have 20 percent run off after you water or feed. Test the end of run off for current ph at bottom to what you put in at top. Digital ph testers are great just keep them calibrated. If you also giving chemicals to nourish it the run off washes out old salts left behind. They set ph off in a lot of cases. Good luck hope this help. Happy growing 👊

Looks like a bit of mold starting on the big fan leaf get rid and spray your plant with 2 parts milk 1 part water Looks like over watering as well With a bit of nut burn on the tips Lift your light to 600mm/60cm
