Maybe a bit too much nitrogen... The first leaves might have got a bit shocked when the plant was young as it was able to process nutrients as well as it can now. I would check the PH and if it is all good, I would personally remove those leaves and let the plant focus its attention higher up the plant rather than waste energy seeing how crispy the end up. Nutrient burn. From your nutrients or your soil might bee too "hot". For me it looks like too much P & K

Burning due to too much fertilizer would be my diagnosis.

Check the soils ph and make sure you calibrate your ph tester properly. When calibrating, do 7 first then 4, after that check 7 and 4, until you don't need anymore adjustments to either of them from going from 7 to 4. It could take 3 or 4 times to get your pen to read 7 and 4 with no more adjustments. Cheers
