Ever-growing pistils in late flowering is usually a sign of either heat, light stress, or even both! Make sure temps are in the 24-28 range for optimal growth (varies and may be lower according to strain), and increase your lamps' distance to the plant by about 10cm and check daily for improvement, if the problem persists then increase by another 5cm until you see improvement. As for the nutrient lockout, why would a flush help? flushing means lowering the amount of salts and minerals in your medium hence lowering it's nutritional value for your plant, this will NOT fix nutrient lockout. Nutrient lockout is usually due to acidic (low)/alkaline (high) mediums (on the pH scale), or sometimes a Calcium (Ca) toxicities (those are quite rare) that prevents your plant from absorbing nutrients! flushing in general wont benefit you unless your plant suffers extreme toxicities that need immediate remedy (mostly used when Nitrogen toxicity is present before harvest - this is also the source of the flushing before harvest myth). First adjust your pH in your irrigation with a pH up/down solution or using a pH balanced fertilizers to help that nutrient lockout, then keep fertilizing her!! flushing will only cause her to starve even more and will diminish yields! *Btw you might wanna add a more clear photos of your plant (full picture with another close up of the damaged foliage), and some info about the setup, lighting with distance from plant, fertilizers with dosage, pot size and amount watered to better determine the issue! it might not even be a nutrient lockout as you believe Hope this helps! Good luck and happy growing :)
