Depends... it looks like you are at the stage of highest THC content. This will give you a strong head high. If it's a 100% (ish) indica, you will get some natural body relaxing effects anyway so you may not have to wait for many ambers.
If you want an even more body high, wait until 10-30% turn amber. You lose a bit of THC but you gain CBN while some clear trichomes turn milky (clear trichomes have THC-A which doesn't do much for you). So you have to decide what a good ratio of CBN:THC is for you keeping in mind that any clear trichomes left won't do anything for you. Also remember that you will always have some clear trichomes no matter what.
I base this all off of that one little piece of one little bud you shared so remember to always look at the trichomes on flowers, not sugar leaves and also that buds will mature at different rates. Be sure to check multiple buds in multiple locations.
