Lower braches and tricomes not as ready as top, despite lighting under/on lower branches. Can more light on them help all pistols and tricomes be ready at.

Having lights facing upwards is pointless, leaves need light to strike their upper surface. Light needs to come from above, not below. Having all buds all the same ripeness at the same time won't ever happen. Best to harvest the whole plant when the majority of flowers are ready, staggered harvest rarely produce buds at the same quality as the first harvested buds, there just isn't enough plant left to have a normal metabolism to be able to finish the remaining/left over buds properly.
