Lower braches and tricomes not as ready as top, despite lighting under/on lower branches. Can more light on them help all pistols and tricomes be ready at.

My girl #1 is about a week or so away from harvest. But I noticed the pistols on top are alot closer than the lower branches despite puting lower upfacing lights to make sure the whole plant gets light. My question is does anyone know a trick to get those to develop faster or no?

Having lights facing upwards is pointless, leaves need light to strike their upper surface. Light needs to come from above, not below.
Having all buds all the same ripeness at the same time won't ever happen.
Best to harvest the whole plant when the majority of flowers are ready, staggered harvest rarely produce buds at the same quality as the first harvested buds, there just isn't enough plant left to have a normal metabolism to be able to finish the remaining/left over buds properly.

Yeah I agree with treat_them_gently, but dunno what you're intending to do.
Personally, I would use minimal chopping, as in, cut as few times as possible (major parts of trunks/stems) and harvest the major parts that are "ready". What's left will then get the rest of the plant's/roots' focus and obviously result in that getting more light too.

That is how your buds ripen top to bottom. Should be fine just ride out the flush if your doing one and harvest as scheduled.

i would harvest the buds that are ready and then give the rest a couple more days ;D
its like harvesting tomatoes , sometimes they arent all ready at the same time .

Amber trichomes at day 50. Not sure how long to let it go before it starts to degrade.My Cosmic Gold is a Mephisto cross of 2 strains that are supposed to go 65-70 days each. I accidently stressed it, stunted it and it started flowering a little early. It's now day 50 and I can see amber trichomes at the top. Mostly milky lower.

Odd shaped budWhat is going on with my flower. I didn't go week by week. PH 5.8-6.2. ppm 550-800 between the 5 plants. I use .25 tsp beastie bloom per gallon, 4 big bloom, 2 big grow, 1 tiger bloom, 1.5 ml calmag, 3 ml hydroguard. Looks deformed and wider than the rest

Do these buds look ok?I found a light leak 2 weeks ago and fixed it I thought, however, I pulled what appears to be a seed pod off a lower branch. The buds seem to have started growing again, not sure if that's a sign of trouble too. Already ditched her sister because I saw all the male flowers.
