Hey! Usually, if you let the central bud grow and you let it grow without forcing it to flower, you can get a Top bud. Then later, when you see that small buds (popcorn) start to form on the stem of the plant, you can remove them. This way, the plant will concentrate the flowering on the central bud, but don't defoliate the little plant too much, otherwise you'll end up with a very small central bud. I hope I was helpful! Well, you'll definitely have to keep cutting all the branches as soon as they sprout, and for the rest, just wait for it to start flowering.
