There is no need to water the leaves, unless they are fresh cuttings/clones.
Plants have roots to get their nutrients and hydration.
Cannabis is not a rain forest plant and does not need high humidity at any time, except clones. Constantly wetting the leaves can lead to mould or fungus, also burning, if the water has many dissolved minerals in it.
