Defoliation - now or later ?

Hi guys today is day 12 of flowering. Normally I would defoliate around week 3 but she is very bushy. Is it safe to defoliate now or I should give her another week before removing any leaves
?

En effet je pense qu il est nécessaire de défolier immédiatement pour permettre un meilleur accès a la lumière a l interieur de ta canopée ( Elle est tres touffue c est la jungle😁😁😁)

I would defoliate now and if needed one more time at the end of week 3 if needed.
Some strains just need regular defoliation to get the best out of them.
I think it will only reward you later for doing so buddy.
