Which plague/pest?

Yesterday I asked a similar question after seeing some little holes in the leaves but today new symptoms appeared and i took new pictures. Some brothers said this may be White fly. Do you Know what plage/pest is this?
I sprayed her neem oil yesterday, should i keep doing this?

So Neem oil works by soaking into the plant, and then when the bug eats the plant it dies.. You will get a few more holes / pest attacks but just be assured that they will and are dying now.. Keep up with the neem treatment every 7 days while it's growing.. Keep going until the stretch is over and the flower starts.. by then it will have soaked into the plant enough that you shouldn't need to spray anymore. Hope this helps! Happy growing! đ

Just looks like maybe something splashed on the leaf, if you have a magnifying glass you can check undersides of leaves for eggs and bugs. Cheers

Brown spots/yellow tips after accidentally breaking a bladeHi!
I accidentally broke an older blade from one of her leaves, and after a couple of days that leaf started getting brownish spots and slightly yellowing tips.
Is this normal to happen after a broken blade and will eventually die off? Or is this any sort of deficiency?

Signs of an issue using Coco CoirI noticed two leaves (on the same branch) are showing signs of something. It looks like it may be a deficiency of some sort but I am not sure. I tested my EC and the run-off EC was off the charts >7000. I am growing in Coco and I am new to testing EC. Need advise.

Weird SeedlingShe is 4 days old seedling with tissue paper towel and to organic soil (biobizz all 80% and biobizz lightt 20%). Only little plain tap water to the soil and water spray twice a day. Under light with temp(23-30) and humididty (50-80).
