Leaves seem to be yellowing and curling upwards. Is this under watering or a deeper issue such as nitrogen deficiency?

could be nitrogen deficiency.. how long has it been just water?.. Zero feeding or flushing once you've already fed for a long time.. Can cause this the chasing issues.. Balance is important and you definitely wanna increase your feeding if your only doing water.. If your doing regular feeding and seeing a problem like this.. It's most likely from too much and not a deficiency. But you know your growing practices and nitrogen can be translocated by the plant so considerations have to be made about saturation.. Water.. The whole nine yards.. Plants should be drinking water a lot and with drinking comes the intake of nutrients this is how plants "eat". https://pediaa.com/difference-between-transpiration-and-translocation/

Hello, dont know your feeding schedule but usually in order to find a soloution u must start from your ph. You may feed the plants but a ph which is not the right range lock your nutes. So first check your ph, before you start overfeeding. Imo the plant is starving and its missing cal mag.

This early in the plants life it is not right to have yellow leaves. The plant is not receiving enough nutrients therefore is sucking what it can use from the leaves. Increase your feed immediately and prune off some of those lower yellow leaves while you're still in veg. Keep increasing nutes week by week slightly until you are confident you have it under control 👍🌱
