For Jack Herer, you'll need about 3-4 more weeks. Really hard to go by the trichomes because you have mostly sugarleaves in the pics. Really need to judge trichomes by the ones on the flowers themselves. The trichomes on leaves tend to age quicker.

Look for the trichs goin amber on the bud, not the leaves. The leaf trichs mature quicker and will have you chopping early if you go by them. I'd say 2 weeks then chop, start flushing in a week if you're bothered about flushing (for soil) .Will give you a good stone by 11 wks of flower, good luck mate.
