Dealing with pests during flower

Thrips, Whiteflies, Spider Mites Fungus Gnats are eating and shiting on my buds and leaves. I had to cut a big bud because of the mold their shit made. My plan now is using Use diatomaceous earth on the soil. I don't know if it is enough. Any suggestions guy?

Depende si estás en floracion o en crecimiento En floracion NO pulverizes tierra de diatomeas en las hojas, o fumarás silicio... En crecimiento si puedes pulverizar tierra de diatomeas disuelta en agua (de 10 a 20 gramos por litro de agua) En ambas fases, puedes espolvorear tierra de diatomeas sobre la capa superior del sustrato y alrededor del tronco (pero SIN tocarlo)

Use diatomaceous earth on the soil AND spray the leaves. Make a super concentrated solution, it must leave white powder on the leaves. Do that 3x a week, before you turn off the lights. I got rid of a horrible mite infestation that way.

Curing- and wondering when buds will smell like buds again So this is my first cure- I dried 1 plant so far. The room went from smelling like bud to hay. I understand this is normal. I am on day 2 of curing. When does the bud start to smell like real pot again? Miss that smell?

B-A-N-A-N-A-S I’m into my 6th week of flower My caramel strain has started shooting off what I believe to be nanners. I noticed a few days ago and have been plucking them but am noticing more coming out. I’m sure I’ve missed some but should I keep plucking and cross my fingers or just harvest?

Late flowering auto My Super OG Kush auto hasn't shown signs of flowering at 7 weeks even though the 'harvest time' stated 7-9 weeks. I know this figure should be taken with a pinch of salt but is this abnormal? Thanks!

Immature seeds? Is that think to worry in the end?Hello. I need to ask again. I have green little seeds in buds after harvest. Plant drying right now. It is possible to be positive, if this seeds just lost in the grinder (they are immature). And how about bud taste, strange? It gonna change a lot? Other plants in this tent OK.

New growth popping out sides of mature colas Plants were looking like they were ready to get flushed 1 week ago, now week new growth has started popping out the sides of the colas, so do I continue to feed or proceed with flushiing. If I wait better yield but am growing to avoid buying and crop is pretty big now?

How far to go?!?How long would the experts think there is before harvest. First time photo grow, switched to 12/12 on 31st October. No signs for 2 weeks, but looking good now (I hope!) I suspect 4/5 weeks. Any thoughts? Thank you for your input.
