Dealing with pests during flower

Thrips, Whiteflies, Spider Mites Fungus Gnats are eating and shiting on my buds and leaves. I had to cut a big bud because of the mold their shit made. My plan now is using Use diatomaceous earth on the soil. I don't know if it is enough. Any suggestions guy?

Depende si estás en floracion o en crecimiento
En floracion NO pulverizes tierra de diatomeas en las hojas, o fumarás silicio...
En crecimiento si puedes pulverizar tierra de diatomeas disuelta en agua (de 10 a 20 gramos por litro de agua)
En ambas fases, puedes espolvorear tierra de diatomeas sobre la capa superior del sustrato y alrededor del tronco (pero SIN tocarlo)

Use diatomaceous earth on the soil AND spray the leaves. Make a super concentrated solution, it must leave white powder on the leaves. Do that 3x a week, before you turn off the lights. I got rid of a horrible mite infestation that way.
