Hello, If you're able to secure it with a kabob stick or something it may survive and still thrive. Otherwise if you cut it now it will be like topping it and since you're so early in flowering it shouldn't damage your yields....as long as you keep up the health of the plant and keep it growing strong.👍

Hey hey, I would leave that stem, it doesn’t look cracked open or anything. Cannabis plants are pretty resilient; the technique supercropping involves bending stems like that to create a more even canopy. Especially if it is the top of your main stem, you don’t want to create stress by topping the plant early flower. Good luck with the grow! Cheers,
