NO.
It was determined by genetics.
In some cases, if the plant is under an enormous amount of stress, this can cause hermaphroditism, but not sex reversal.

Auto NOT flowering!My hempy is still growing faster and greener than the soil grow, but she's not flowering! I see preflowers, but no buds forming. The other plant has been budding for a week. I've heard of Hermaphrodite plants; I'm guessing that is what happened. Not sure if it is genetic thing or if certain cultivation practices cause this?
