This plant looks perfectly normal and healthy, with nothing to be concerned over. Give your plant a chance, these are only her third set of leaves and she is more concerned with getting her root system established first, before dedicating her life to growing leaves and flowers.
Besides, no plant will ever have 100% perfect leaves, 100% of the time. Just like people, some will need glasses or braces, but is there actually anything "wrong" with these people? Of course not, just be content your plant looks healthy and seems to be growing fine, so their is no need for any panic that you may be doing something incorrect, just because a small leaf may look a little funny. Growing is a journey of discovery and learning, there are no fast "cramming" that can be done, just relax and concentrate on keeping the substrate moist, not too wet or too dry, feed little but often and provide good lighting, and everything will turn out just fine.
Lewis Hamilton didn't just jump into a Formula One race car, he probably started with a go kart. The same with growing, your first few times will be a steep learning curve, before gaining some confidence and then things will just start "making sense". And I can tell you now, nothing will ever be perfect.
A few other quick tips - 18/6 is the ideal lighting schedule, removing healthy green leaves will reduce your plants capacity to produce energy, which obviously then, reduces the plants ability to grow and you don't need to buy everything in the nutrient section to grow cannabis successfully. A bottle each of a decent "grow" formula and "bloom" formula will do 99.9% of everything your plant actually needs. Maybe a little fulvic/humic acid, some seaweed tonic and a mild "P/K" booster for use during flowering, is about all that is really needed, at the very most. Don't fall into the marketing trap of "Fear of Missing Out".
Hope this helps,..... Organoman.
