Basically i overwatered her by mistake. Pulled her back out of the pot about 6 hours ago and put her in a fresh one with some new soil mix hoping to save her from drowning. Now she's falling over and looks a little off-colour. Her sister was planted a day later and doing grea

Strangely, you will have to give her a good drink to save her! Pulling her out was probably not the best thing, but now that she has been, she would have suffered some root "trauma" which is why she is droopy and now needs the extra water to save her from dying from dehydration. She will hopefully recover soon enough, but probably just as long as if you had left her alone in the first place. I am not sure what made you think that the "over watering" was so bad that she needed rescuing, but being in coir, it is pretty hard to kill a plant by drowning. At this stage she will need an evenly moist substrate with deep watering to make sure water availability is adequate while she gets her roots sorted out from being "traumatised" during the transplant operation. Hope this helps,... Organoman.

Thanks @ORGANOMAN - i'll give it a go - reason i pulled her is because the soil was literally ridiculously wet, had one of the old hand slip moments and banged half a jug of water in the pot by accident. Reason i transplanted her is because her sister is now standing up tall and opening out wide, wasn't too sure what else to do besides get the soil back to the same sort of moisture. I'll give her a drink and leave her for a couple of days, see what happens. Lucky enough she was a free seed chucked in with my order, so worst case she hasn't cost me anything and lesson learned.

She's an autoflower. If that makes any difference at all.

They're in fresh damp soil now mate, the room is closed off and humid, sitting at about 21.5 degrees celc. Not watering it as im pretty sure thats how i've got into this position.

Bro I’d put them in damp soil in high humidity closed off room, don’t water them till you see new growth or feel the pot empty
