Just let them sit and dry out until the top inch of soil isn’t wet.
If you want to speed it up you can also CAREFULLY make holes the through the top of the soil (like 2-4) with a pencil. It helps aerate the soil and make it dry out faster, I’ve done it on a few plants and it has never been a problem.
And just going forward wait for the soil to become dry on the top inch or so before watering:)
