My very first grow. When should I start mainlining? I feel like they will need bigger pots by next week. Thoughts? 😃

Yeah, good idea to transplant into final pot first. I would raise your lights a little to promote a bit more stretching. I normally wait until 5th node and cut to 3rd. Then remove nodes 1 and 2. Leave 1 fan leaf on either side. But it can be done earlier especially with autoflowers 👍🌱

Hi! Basically mainlining is started when the plants have grown 5-6 nodes and you top to 3rd and remove the 1st and 2nd. So like the others said, maybe transfer to bigger pot and let them heal from it and then top. It might seem slower but the stress from topping etc will be much smaller when the plant is bigger and growing healthy again!

Transplant first then wait at least a week before doing your training.. Imo. Happy growing man!👊

I would wait for after transplant and then some... so it isn't shocked by two different events at teh same time.
