Seeds grow pretty slow! If you're worried about too much water, do the knuckle test (check it's still moist below the surface up to you knuckle). The water or soil could also be too cold, a heat mat set to a low temp could help here too. But other than that, the colors look good, I wouldn't worry about it too much, those leaves will inevitably drop off when the rest shine through anyway.

Hi .from my experience curled leaves can be caused by ph imbalances or heat stress lights too close the the seedlings or unsufficient air exhaust system! Happy growin!
