I think you've overfed your ladies... that PPM is WAY out of range, even for the flowering stage... it needs to be down around 350 - 500! I would suggest you give them a bit of a flush - pour about 3/4 of a gallon of pH'd water through each of the pots and let them dry out. This will get rid of the excess nutes and should drop your PPM quite a bit but monitor what the PPM of the runoff is... I wouldn't feed them again for at least a week and then cut the nutes in half, see how they respond and go from there.
The only other thing I will mention is that you don't say how close your lights are to them... but make sure they're about 18" above the plants... make the plant REACH for the light!
