Ideally, you would gradually increase it from 600 ppfd during veg up to 900 ppfd over the course of the two weeks following the first stigma showing.

when to harvest? can you detemine how long until harvest? all trichomes look transparent to milky to me, but my first plantI am starting to think about harvest in the upcoming weeks.I made some research and my seed are Indica dominant so to get more indica effect I should harvest when trichomes become more amber up to 50% or so.
