Hey! Former user of FFOF here.. I would say you're good for the first three weeks. I personally waited until around day 25 to give them their first feeding (very light feeding in case there's a lot of nutes left in the soil) and then see how they react and go from there. In regards to when to LST, you can start as early as you want, but be careful. I just broke a branch doing LST on day 17 because the stem was still too brittle. That being said, week 3 is generally a good week to start, and adjust as you go. You got this 💪
