Go back to 18/6 and your plant will recover quite quickly, plus all your plants will be far happier if they get some proper "sleep" time, just as nature intended for them. You will only stress your plants with continuous lighting, no plant on Planet Earth is "designed" to grow without a rest period. Your plants need a dark cycle to function properly and undertake certain metabolic processes during their "sleep" time, processes that they can not do during lights on time. The six hours "sleep" can be thought of as - 2 hours to rest, 2 hours to repair and 2 hours to get ready for the day ahead and this is basically what occurs during their nightly rest time. Have you never gone to bed and looked at your plants before doing so, only to wake in the morning, look again and thought "far out" where did all that growth/change come from? Well, this is what you are denying your plants the ability of to perform, this marvellous feat of cannabis botany.
Besides, cannabis can only grow so much during any 24 hour period and growth tops out at about 18 hours, meaning running your lights any longer than 18 hours is basically a waste of electricity.
18/6 was derived at over 80+ years of scientific experiments and is not a random number. This length of light/dark being the absolute optimum for growth, health, performance and plant vitality. Given a "proper" day/night rhythm will also ensure your plants will be able to produce terpenes and cannabinoids to the prime quality and quantity, something that can not happen without "sleep" time and a normal circadian rhythm that they have been evolving to do so, for hundreds of thousands of years already. Nothing can go at full speed from beginning to end and maintain full health. Something will ultimately give and it could well be your flower quality that suffers, not a position to be in after weeks of growing and to get sub standard "product" rather than healthy, well balanced flowers that were grown under normal circumstances and that you can be proud of and not merely end up with "product" that is a result of a totally unnatural torture/endurance test of continuous lighting that has caused exhausted plants to produce flowers with an imbalanced metabolism.
I guarantee you, that after 4 days with no sleep you too would be totally exhausted and ready for a nap! Your plants will not be smaller under 18/6, as they can only grow so much in any 24 hour period, with the previously mentioned 18 hours being optimum. In fact, your plants will probably be bigger and certainly healthier when given their natural cycle of grow/sleep/grow/sleep/grow/sleep; just as they are evolved to do so.
Further to this, it is recommended to give seedlings only 16 hours of light.
Google "leaving grow lights on 24 hours: killer yield or yield killer?" for some more information if you like.
