Further to what Nor Cal Cannabis said, the little "bumps" are resin exudations that contain the THC, among other compounds, that get you "stoned".
Try going to the Grow Diaries home page and clicking on the heading titled "Journal". This is a blog section which will give you many more pieces of information designed to help people understand their Cannabis plants. Hope this helps....

Here the Stigma are shooting out from the caylex. This forms your bud sites. These "hairs" are what the plant uses to catch pollen and reproduce. 🤘😤
