FIM went wrong, what to do?

I tried FIM training week ago. Something went wrong :/ Maybe I cut too little? What is the best I can do now? Try again or leave it to grow? First image is taken after FIM, second one week after.

Yes, cut too little and all you have achieved is to basically top your plant.
Best to leave it now, any more traumatic procedures will just delay growth further.

Did I FIM it right? Strawberry Gorilla strain.Is this FIMed correctly? It's my first time topping or FIMing. I chose to FIM as I've read it can be less stressful on plants.
