I have a similar powered light, but in double the space so be careful. That's alot of light for a half meter square! Seedlings don't need much light so set it at 25/40% for the first 2-3 weeks. As the plant growth increases in speed and leaf mass, increase to 75% and 100% for flower 🌱👍
